Welcome to our family blog.  We are an active Colorado family always on the move.   We are Jay, Brigette and Reagan Modglin.  We are strong Christian family who attends Flatirons Community Church and our daughter attends their school, Flatirons Academy.  I am a Colorado native and Jay is originally from southern California but has lived in Colorado since 1996 so he's pretty much a native at this point.  Jay and I are full time Realtors and entrepreneurs.  Along with selling real estate estate we own a longboard manufacturing business called Seventy8 Industries.  Our longboard brands are Anonymous Longboards and LongJohns Longboards and we also sell skate supplies on Amazon.   

We live in Brighton, Colorado on two acres, have two crazy dogs, Elsa and Suki and we love all things Colorado.
